The Wellness and Stress Clinic of Memphis offers free primary care, social work/case management, emotional fitness, and legal services in South Memphis. We are open on Mondays and are located on the grounds of the Healing Center Baptist Church in the Oakhaven community. Our mission is to provide uninsured and underinsured residents with the resources they need to improve their health and reach their economic and healing goals.
